报告颞颌关节紊乱综合征（TMJDS）16例，照片显示其中11例（68．8％）伴有异常茎突并有茎实综合征（SS）症状。对这11例患者采用颈动脉鞘周及舌骨小角处封闭，治疗效果良好，作者倾向于异常茎突是TMJDS的病因之一．
Sixteen patients with TMJDS were reported, of which 11 (68.8%) had abnormal styloid processes and had SS symptoms. The 11 patients with carotid sheath sheath and hyoid small angle closure, the treatment effect is good, the author is prone to abnormal styloid process is one of the causes of TMJDS.
