硝苯吡啶对支气管哮喘和慢性支气管炎的疗效观察大众机械厂职工医院(030009)李金梅,米文瑞太原市药品检验所刘双树硝苯吡啶为较强的钙通道阻滞剂,我们自1987年以来,对患支气管哮喘和慢性支气管炎病人33例给予硝苯吡啶治疗,现将结果如下。资料与方法33例为我院及协作医院住院及门诊病例,其中20例在发病前后做过血气测定,5例做过肺功能测定(已除外其他疾病)。①支气管哮喘14例。其中10例做血气测定,2例做肺功能测定,平均年龄36岁。②慢性喘息型支气管炎19例,3例做肺功能测定,10例做血气测定。平均年龄59岁。33例在发病时,均有不同程度的肺部体征,以哮鸣为主。常规抗生素治疗后,喘息未减轻。方法:不用激素及其他平喘药,发作时患者舌下含化硝苯吡啶10~20mg,15分钟后进行肺部体征检查,血气测定及肺功能测定。此后按10mg一日三次,口服最大量每日达50~60mg。服药十日、用药期间,进行有关检查。结果服药15分钟后,哮喘组多数有不同程度的自觉症状缓解,咳喘减轻,肺部哮鸣音减少。连续服药期间,症状缓解明显。显效、有效、效差分别为:28.6%、57.1%、14.3%。慢支组少数有所缓解,肺部体征较度改善,连续服药期
