为了能够准确地诊断煤矿井下电牵引采煤机的故障,采取有效的措施进行补救,从而能够提高煤矿生产的安全,深入地研究了小波分析在其中的应用。分析了煤矿井下电牵引采煤机的主要故障及成因;研究了小波多分析的基本特征;接着,进行了基于小波分析故障诊断算法仿真分析,仿真结果表明该方法可以成功地监测出电牵引采煤机中存在的故障;进行了实际应用,应用结果表明该方法具有较好的故障诊断效果。
In order to be able to accurately diagnose the fault of coal mine electrical haulage shearer and take effective measures to remedy it, which can improve the safety of coal mine production and deeply study the application of wavelet analysis. The main faults and causes of coal mine electric traction shearer are analyzed. The basic characteristics of wavelet multi-analysis are studied. Then the simulation analysis of fault diagnosis algorithm based on wavelet analysis is carried out. The simulation results show that the method can successfully monitor the electric traction The fault existed in the coal machine has been carried out. The application results show that the method has a good fault diagnosis effect.
