为了研究多孔环切杆状发射药与粒状发射药的燃烧性能差异,采用半密闭爆发器试验研究了多孔杆状发射药的解体燃烧过程,通过密闭爆发器试验和高压30mm模拟火炮试验对比了多孔环切杆状发射药和粒状药的静态燃烧性能和膛内燃烧性能。结果表明,多孔环切杆状发射药的燃烧按平行层燃烧进行,没有出现侵蚀燃烧,燃烧性能稳定,燃烧渐增性比粒状发射药好;用多孔环切杆状发射药时,膛内负压差为-7MPa,示压效率比粒状发射药提高4.93%。
In order to study the difference of combustion properties between porous ring-shaped rod-shaped propellant and granular propellant, the semi-airtight explosive experiment was used to study the process of disassembly and combustion of porous rod-shaped propellant. The closed-cell burst propellant and high-pressure 30mm simulated gun were used to compare the porous Circumferential rod-shaped propellant and granular drug static combustion properties and bore combustion performance. The results show that the combustion of the porous ring-shaped rod-shaped propellant propellant is carried out by combustion in the parallel layer without erosive combustion, the combustion performance is stable and the combustion-increasing property is better than that of the granular propellant. When porous rod-shaped propellant is used, The pressure difference is -7MPa, indicating the pressure efficiency is 4.93% higher than the granular propellant.
