采用模拟混凝土孔溶液及饱和Ca(OH)2溶液对带热轧皮钢筋和光亮钢筋进行预钝化处理,并用人造雨水检验了预钝化钢筋的耐蚀性。结果表明:光亮钢筋和带热轧皮钢筋在模拟混凝土孔溶液及饱和Ca(OH)2溶液中均具有可钝化性,但热轧皮的存在显著降低了钢筋表面保护膜的生成质量。自然浸泡和阳极极化预钝化处理的钢筋均不能抵抗人造雨水24 h的侵蚀,带热轧皮钢筋的腐蚀速率明显高于光亮钢筋的腐蚀速率。
The pre-passivated rebar and bright rebars were treated with simulated concrete pore solution and saturated Ca (OH) 2 solution. The corrosion resistance of pre-passivated rebar was tested with artificial rainwater. The results show that both bright steel bar and hot rolled steel bar have passivation properties in simulated concrete pore solution and saturated Ca (OH) 2 solution, but the existence of hot rolled skin significantly reduces the formation quality of the surface protective film. Naturally soaked and anodized pre-passivated steel can not resist artificial rain for 24 h, and the corrosion rate of hot-rolled steel is obviously higher than that of bright steel.
