采用慢性束缚应激(Chronicrestraintstrees,CRS)和腹腔交感神经节切除的方法,观察了CRS及CRS加交感神经切除对大鼠胃酸分泌和血清促胃液素水平的影响。结果:①CRS能降低正常以及交感神经切除后大鼠血清促胃液素水平(P<0.05);②单纯交感神经切除及交感神经切除加CRS大鼠,其胃酸分泌量均显著降低(P<0.05);③CRS和交感神经切除均可增强大鼠五肽促胃液素刺激的胃酸分泌反应。提示:交感神经介导的CRS适应性胃粘膜细胞保护作用可能与胃酸以及促胃液素分泌改变无直接关系。
Chronicrestraststrees (CRS) and peritoneal sympathectomy were used to observe the effects of CRS and CRS plus sympathectomy on gastric acid secretion and serum gastrin levels in rats. Results: (1) CRS decreased serum GSH levels in normal and sympathectomized rats (P <0.05); ② The gastric acid secretion in sympathectomy and sympathectomy plus CRS rats decreased significantly (P < 0.05). ③CRS and sympathectomy could enhance gastric acid secretion stimulated by pentagastrin in rats. Tip: Sympathetic mediated CRS adaptive gastric mucosal cell protection may be related to changes in gastric acid and gastrin secretion is not directly related.
