目的观察节育器妇女血清及宫腔冲洗液诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的浓度变化规律,研究对其全身和宫腔局部微环境产生的影响。方法收集30例自愿放置TCu380A IUD妇女,于置器前、置器后1月、3月、6月、12月月经干净的3-7天抽收集血清和宫腔冲洗液,检测iNOS、VEGF浓度。结果置器前后血清iN-OS、VEGF浓度变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。置器后宫腔冲洗液iNOS、VEGF浓度在置器后1个月较置器前升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),iNOS浓度在1个月达峰,而VEGF浓度在3个月达峰。结论置CuIUD对血清iNOS、VEGF浓度无显著影响而对宫腔冲洗液iNOS、VEGF浓度有影响,两者的动态变化规律并不同步,但可能有一定联系。
Objective To observe the changes of concentration of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum and uterine irrigating fluid in women with IUD and to study the effects on the local microenvironment in uterine cavity. Methods 30 cases of women with IUD and TCU380A IUD were collected and placed in front of the device and cleaned up for 3-7 days after the device was set up for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Serum and uterine flushing fluid were collected to detect the concentration of iNOS and VEGF . There was no significant difference in serum iN-OS and VEGF concentrations before and after the device placement (P> 0.05). The concentration of iNOS and VEGF in uterine irrigating fluid increased after 1 month after device placement, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The concentration of iNOS peaked at 1 month and VEGF concentration at 3 months Peak. Conclusion CuIUD has no significant effect on serum iNOS and VEGF concentrations but has an effect on the concentration of iNOS and VEGF in irrigating fluid of uterine cavity. The dynamic changes of CuIUD are not synchronized, but may be related to it.
