为了响应国家政策号召,保障国家能源安全和支持民族工业发展,近年来中国石油组织优势力量进行了管道输油泵国产化相关研究工作,特别是 2 500 k W 级双额定工况管道输油泵研制方面成效显著。介绍了管道输油泵国产化经历的以使用国产输油泵为主、引进消化吸收和国产化加速发展的 3 个阶段。说明了2 500 k W 级输油泵采用的技术要求,分析了 2 500 k W 级输油泵设计与制造主要特点,国产化管道输油泵为单级双吸水平中开结构,设计了高效水力新模型,能通过更换叶轮和导叶实现同一壳体两个额定工况功能,采用滚动轴承支撑、高性能密封环和集装式机械密封等配套方案。利用同一测试平台、同一标准进行出厂性能比对测试,国产化管道输油泵额定效率达到 89.8%。
