本文提出了在我国轨道客车制造企业中具有行业代表性的长春轨道客车股份有限公司(以下简称“长客股份公司”)原有供应商管理模式存在的问题和产生原因,分析了长客股份公司创新企业关键零部件供应商管理模式的具体实施方法和取得成效,并对后续轨道客车制造企业的供应商管理持续提升提出了相关建议。
This paper presents the existing problems and causes of the original supplier management mode of Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd.
