目的 :探讨商业职工的心理健康状况。方法 :采用职业紧张调查表 (OSI)对宁夏银川市某百货商场 6 79名商业职工进行问卷调查。结果 :不同年龄组间工作本身满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P<0 .0 5 ) ;不同工龄组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、工作组织满意感、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同文化程度组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、工作组织满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及心情平静评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同婚姻状况组间工作满意感、工作本身满意感、心理卫生、心理满足及躯体不适评分的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :年龄、工龄、文化程度及婚姻状态等背景因素不同 ,商业职工的心理健康状况也不同
Objective: To explore the mental health status of commercial workers. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 679 commercial workers in a department store in Yinchuan, Ningxia, using Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI). Results: There was a significant difference in job satisfaction, mental health, psychological satisfaction and physical discomfort between different age groups (P <0.01 or P <0.05), job satisfaction among different age groups, work Self-satisfaction, job satisfaction, psychological satisfaction and physical discomfort were significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05); job satisfaction among groups with different education levels, job satisfaction itself, There were significant differences in the scores of job satisfaction, mental health, psychological satisfaction and serenity (P <0.01 or P <0.05); job satisfaction, work satisfaction and psychology among different marital status groups There was a significant difference in health, psychological satisfaction and physical discomfort scores (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: There are different background factors such as age, length of service, educational level and marital status, and the mental health status of commercial workers is also different
