通过中国知网收集国内20所医学院校相关信息,调查分析2006—2010年各院校发表科技论文的情况,各院校主办科技期刊的状况,拥有两院院士、长江学者情况以及国家级重点学科建设情况,比较各院校论文发表比例,分析各院校主办科技期刊及其与拥有两院院士、长江学者数量以及国家级重点学科建设的相关性。结果表明:重点学科论文在校内科技期刊发表的比例平均仅占25.45%,有10所院校重点学科论文80%以上发表在校外期刊,而有8所院校的学报刊发表本校重点学科论文不足10%,仅有3所院校超过30%;各院校拥有两院院士、长江学者数量与重点学科建设具有相关性(r s=0.706,r s=0.679,均P<0.01),重点学科建设则与科技期刊的创办密切相关(r s=0.614,P<0.01)。认为高校科技期刊特别是高校学报的功能与定位需要改革,高校科技期刊社与专家学者应共同努力提高高校科技期刊的影响力。
We collected information from 20 Chinese medical universities and colleges through China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), investigated and analyzed the status of scientific papers published by various institutions from 2006 to 2010, the status of science and technology journals sponsored by colleges and universities, academicians of the two academies, the state of Changjiang Scholars, Discipline construction, comparison of academic papers published in the proportion of institutions to analyze the science and technology journals and hosting colleges and universities, the number of academicians and the Yangtze River, the number of national key disciplines and the relevance. The results showed that the proportion of key dissertations published in school journals on average only accounted for 25.45%, more than 80% of key academic dissertations in 10 institutions were published in journals, and 8 academic journals published less than 10%, only 3 colleges and universities more than 30%; colleges and universities have two academicians, the number of the Yangtze River scholars and the construction of key disciplines has a correlation (rs = 0.706, rs = 0.679, both P <0.01) It is closely related to the establishment of sci-tech periodicals (rs = 0.614, P <0.01). It is considered that the function and orientation of university sci-tech periodicals, especially those of colleges and universities, need to be reformed. The sci-tech periodicals and experts and scholars should make joint efforts to improve the influence of sci-tech periodicals.
