随着车辆运行速度的提高,钩舌内侧面的磨耗日益加剧,《货车段修工艺》和《货车站修工艺》规定:对无裂纹磨耗超限的钩舌进行堆焊。目前有2种堆焊的方法:1、手工电弧堆焊,工作强度大,效率低,而且烟尘和光污染严重,环境恶劣。2、钩舌埋弧焊,需要对各个钩舌内侧面进行调平,每焊一道后手工操作一次,清除焊皮,每焊一道需要调整钩舌转动
