针对圆锥滚子滚动轴承,建立了其流体动力润滑模型,并进行了完全数值解分析,得到了流体动压力分布与油膜形状;研究了刚性等粘度的润滑区的最小油膜厚度与压力分布随卷吸速度、载荷、滚子长度与卷吸角的变化规律.结果表明,有限长圆锥滚子的润滑问题与无限长线接触、椭圆接触的问题有很大不同.研究结果可以用于指导高速轻载圆锥滚子轴承的设计.
For the tapered roller bearing, the hydrodynamic lubrication model was established and completely numerical solution was carried out.
