运用模糊集合论及系统优化的方法,考虑编组站阶段计划刚性与柔性优化的综合协调问题,通过对阶段计划中柔性概念的模糊化定义,建立了该问题的模糊混合0-1规划模型。该模型在编组站总停时最小与提高出发列车正点率等刚性优化指标及计划可实现性等柔性优化目标之间,寻求一套最合理的编组站到发线、调机安排与车流接续优化调度方案。采用遗传算法进行实例计算表明,刚性与柔性优化的结合改进了阶段计划计算机自动编制的辅助决策基础。
By using fuzzy set theory and system optimization method, the comprehensive coordination problem of rigid and flexible optimization of marshalling station phase is considered. By fuzzy definition of the flexible concept in phase plan, a fuzzy hybrid 0-1 programming model of the problem is established. This model seeks for a set of the most reasonable marshalling station arrival and departure lines, scheduling and traffic flow optimization between the minimum total stopping time of marshalling tower and the improvement of the rigid optimization index such as the punctuality rate of the starting train and the achievability of the plan.
