耳源性破伤风国内外均较罕见。我院1986年遇见1例,特报导如下。男,52岁,工人,已婚,住院号:455262。左耳反复流脓1年,近3个月加剧。入院前半月,自己用未经消毒的棉枝挖伤耳道。当时车间铁锈、灰尘甚多。次日左耳道肿痛,反复服用消炎药无效。入院前1天出现口角左歪,张口受限,吞咽困难,于1986年11月12日诊断为左慢性中耳炎入院。近来无手足外伤
Ear-derived tetanus are rare at home and abroad. Our hospital met in 1 case in 1986, special report as follows. Male, 52 years old, worker, married, hospital number 455262. Repeated suppurative left ear 1 year, exacerbated in the past 3 months. Half a month before admission, he used non-sterile cotton bran to dig the ear canal. The workshop was rusty and dusty. The next day ear canal swelling and pain, repeatedly taking anti-inflammatory drugs ineffective.
