目的:建立高效液相色谱法分析黄藤索的含量及其掺杂的盐酸小檗碱。方法:采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以水(含0.4%磷酸和0.7%三乙胺)-乙腈(70:30)为流动相;流速1.0 ml.min~(-1);检测波长为345 nm;柱温:室温。结果:盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱分别在22.57~112.86μg·ml~(-1)和4.65~23.26μgoml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为0.43%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可有效的用于黄藤素及其掺杂的盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of the yellow rattan cord and its doped berberine hydrochloride. Methods: The mobile phase was consisted of Agilent TC-C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), water (containing 0.4% phosphoric acid and 0.7% triethylamine) .min ~ (-1); detection wavelength was 345 nm; column temperature: room temperature. Results: Palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 22.57-112.86 μg · ml -1 and 4.65-23.26 μgom -1, respectively. The average recoveries of berberine hydrochloride were 98.90 %, RSD 0.43% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be effectively used for the determination of palmatine and its doped berberine hydrochloride.
