本模型获自我组1只348日龄雌性津白Ⅱ小鼠右侧第五乳腺处一肿物。病理切片检查为乳腺腺癌,属于Dunn(1959)分类之B型。用本组同源小鼠(isogeneicmice)皮下移植已传到27代。连续皮下移植成瘤率为100%,未见自然消退;潜伏期4~7d;肺转移瘤结多发而密集;最早转移时间,肉眼观察为接种后第35天,镜检为第10天。肺自发转移率,11~20代为100%。皮下移植瘤、肺转移瘤之病理组织结构及其癌细胞形态与其原发瘤近似。带瘤鼠濒死时其皮下移植瘤体积平均值为4.93cm3。7种抗癌药对皮下移植瘤抑制率,氟尿嘧啶为29.75%(P<0.05)、塞替派为44.88%(P<0.01)、环磷酰胺95.31%(P<0.01)、平阳霉素96.75%(P<0.01),其它三药抑制率均不足30%。对肺转移瘤抑制率,平阳霉素为42.54%(P<0.01),余不足30%。
In this model, a tumor was obtained from the right fifth breast of a 348-day-old female Jinbai II mouse. Pathological biopsy was breast adenocarcinoma, belonging to type B of the Dunn (1959) classification. The subcutaneous transplantation of this group of homologous mice (isogeneic mice) has been transmitted to 27 generations. Successive subcutaneous transplantation tumorigenesis rate was 100%, no natural regression; incubation period 4 to 7 days; lung metastasis nodules multiple and dense; earliest transfer time, visual observation for 35 days after inoculation, microscopy for the first 10 days. The rate of spontaneous lung metastasis was 100% from 11th to 20th generation. The pathological tissue structure of the subcutaneous tumors and lung metastases and the morphology of the cancer cells were similar to those of the primary tumors. The average value of the subcutaneous transplanted tumor volume was 4.93cm3 when the mice died of sudden death. The inhibitory rate of the 7 anticancer drugs against subcutaneous tumors was 29.75% for fluorouracil (P<0.05) and 44 for thiotepa. 88% (P<0.01), 95.31% of cyclophosphamide (P<0.01), and 96.75% of Pingyangmycin (P<0.01). The inhibition rates of the other three drugs were all less than 30%. The inhibition rate of lung metastatic tumors was 42.54% for Pingyangmycin (P<0.01), and less than 30%.
