对比了垂直振捣机构与斜搓式振捣机构工作原理,说明后者的优点是避免前后摆动、对混和料有横向揉搓作用、有利于密实;论述了斜搓式振捣机构的调幅原理和振幅计算方法;指出斜搓式振捣机构可不改变振捣垂直位移的最低位置,能保证振捣机构与熨平板间的正确配合。
The comparison of the working principle between the vertical vibrating mechanism and the oblique rubbing vibrating mechanism shows that the latter has the advantages of avoiding back and forth swinging and transverse rubbing action on the blended material, which is beneficial to compactness. The principle of amplitude modulation of the oblique rubbing vibrating mechanism is discussed. The calculation method of amplitude is pointed out. It is pointed out that the oblique rubbing vibrating mechanism can not change the lowest position of vibrating vertical displacement, and ensure the correct cooperation between the vibrating mechanism and the screed.
