矿渣硅酸盐水泥是我国产量最大的一个水泥品种,约占水泥总产量的60%左右。据国内外资料统计分析,生产矿渣水泥可节约能源33%~47%,所以矿渣水泥的生产已在各国普遍受到重视。但是矿渣水泥在性能上还存在着众所周知的缺点,如:早期强度低(特别在低温下)、蒸养温度高、恒温时间长、泌水率高、干缩性大。近几年来,克服矿渣水泥早期强度低和改善其他性能的问题,国内外都在进行研究探索。
Slag Portland cement is the largest cement producer in China, accounting for about 60% of the total cement output. According to statistical analysis at home and abroad, the production of slag cement can save energy by 33% to 47%, so the production of slag cement has been widely recognized in various countries. However, slag cement still has some well-known shortcomings in performance, such as: low early strength (especially at low temperatures), high steam curing temperature, long constant temperature, high bleeding rate, and large dry shrinkage. In recent years, overcoming the problems of low early strength of slag cement and improvement of other properties, research is being conducted at home and abroad.
