陇东油田采出水属碳酸氢钠型高矿化度水 ,水中含有大量硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)和腐生菌 (TGB) ,并且具有 p H值高、碱度大、含油量高及悬浮物含量高等特点 .这种特性的水极易造成设备和管线的腐蚀 .本文根据陇东油田采出水的特点 ,对该系统的腐蚀因素进行了定量的分析和研究 ,确定了矿化度、溶解氧、二氧化碳、硫化氢、细菌以及水中悬浮物和含油量等对腐蚀的影响和作用 ,针对不同因素提出了抑制采出水系统腐蚀的可行措施
