目的了解和掌握曲阜市中小学生视力现状和发展规律。方法对2005～2009年曲阜市4所学校的中小学生视力检测资料进行统计分析。结果 2005～2009年共检测曲阜市中小学生22726人,平均视力随年级增加而逐年下降,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),城乡学生视力低下率逐年增高,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);不同时期农村学生视力低下率均低于城市学生;重症视力低下率逐年下降。结论素质教育的实施对中小学生的视力提升初见成效。
Objective To understand and grasp the current situation and development of primary and secondary school students in Qufu City. Methods The data of visual acuity test of primary and secondary school students in 4 schools in Qufu from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 22,726 primary and secondary school students were detected in Qufu from 2005 to 2009. The average visual acuity decreased year by year with the increase of grade. The difference was significant (P <0.01). The prevalence of vision loss in urban and rural areas increased year by year with significant difference (P < 0.01). The prevalence of poor eyesight in rural students in different periods was lower than that in urban students; the rate of severe vision loss decreased year by year. Conclusion The implementation of quality education on primary and secondary students improve their eyesight achieved initial success.
