压力容器封头的有效厚度能否满足强度要求是压力容器安全运行的关键。压力容器计算中通常采用封头的名义厚度减去腐蚀裕量与钢板厚度负偏差来计算封头的有效厚度。当图样上标有封头最小成形厚度时,采用这种方法进行容器的最大允许工作压力与开孔补强计算时,结果偏大,而卧式容器封头的应力计算结果偏小,应采用设计所需的最小成形厚度减去腐蚀裕量作为封头的有效厚度,才能保证压力容器的使用安全。“,”The effective thickness of heads for pressure vessel what can meet the strength requirements is the key for safe operation of pressure vessel.
