采用正交实验法,找出了T10A钢在脉冲电场作用下理想的球化退火工艺参数,并进行了相应的新工艺实验。结果得到T10A钢较理想的球化组织,同时降低了T10A钢的退火加热温度,缩短了保温时间,其硬度可比普通退火钢的低50~100 HBS,更好地改善了T10A钢的切削加工性能。
Orthogonal experiment method was used to find out the ideal spheroidizing annealing process parameters of T10A steel under the action of pulsed electric field and the corresponding new technological experiment was carried out. The results show that the T10A steel is better than that of normal annealed steel and the T10A steel is better than the ordinary annealed steel and the T10A steel is better than the conventional annealed steel. .
