目的:研究补阳还五汤联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为学及脑梗死体积的影响。方法:用右侧大脑中动脉线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,检测脑梗死体积,并比较其神经功能行为积分。结果:移植组与联合组均能够使大鼠神经功能损害评分降低,以联合组第7d恢复最为明显(P<0.05)。脑组织切片经TTC染色,可见右侧大脑中动脉供血区出现大小不等的梗死灶,MSCs组及补阳还五汤联合MSCs组与缺血再灌注组比较有显著意义(P<0.01),前两者之间比较无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植可减少局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑梗死体积,改善脑缺血后神经行为症状。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on behavior and cerebral infarction volume in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats was established by the right middle cerebral artery occlusion method. The volume of cerebral infarction was detected and the neurological functional behavior scores were compared. Results: Both the transplantation group and the combination group could reduce the score of neurological impairment in rats, and the recovery was most obvious on the 7th day in the combination group (P <0.05). TTC staining showed that there were infarct sizes in the right middle cerebral artery blood supply area. MSCs group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with MSCs group had significant difference (P <0.01) with ischemia-reperfusion group, There was no significant difference between the former two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and improve the neurological behavior after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
