随着生源质量的转变,现有的人才培养模式很难满足企业对人才的需求,人才培养模式的改革迫在眉睫,现代学徒制顺势产生,这种培养模式在各高职院校中得到了广泛的应用,在一定程度上有效的改善了现有人才培养模式的不足,提高了人才培养质量,本文主要从现代学徒的含义、制约现代学徒制因素及对现代学徒制的几点思考进行综合论述。

The modern apprenticeship comes into being. This article mainly discussed the meaning of modern apprentice, the factors restricting modern apprenticeship and the thinking of modern apprenticeship.
