藜芦酸异丙胺(IPV)5mg/kg和10mg/kg iv对麻醉大鼠均有显著的降压作用,并呈剂量依赖关系。在降压的同时伴有心率减慢,且在兔主动脉肌条上证明了IPV(0.7mM)无直接扩张血管平滑肌作用。iv 10mg/kg IPV使毁脊髓大鼠对苯福林的剂量反应曲线不平行右移:表明IPV对突触后α_1受体无阻断作用。IPV(0.24mM)对大鼠右心房异丙肾上腺素的正性频率累积剂量效应曲线,使之呈平行右移,且最大反应不压低。与β受体阻断剂普萘洛尔进行比较,pA_2值别分为4.0和8.16,表明IPV有β受体阻断作用,但弱于普萘洛尔。

Compared with propranolol, a beta-blocker, pA_2 was classified as 4.0 and 8.16, respectively, suggesting that IPV has a beta-blocker effect but is less potent than propranolol.
