目的：了解在充分透析情况下，慢性肾功能不全血透患者达到充分透析指标时和１ａ后肺弥散功能、通气功能和肺容量的变化。方法：测定１５例患者的Ｋｔ／Ｖ值、标准化蛋白质分解速率（ＮＰＣＲ）、尿素的时间平均浓度（ＴＡＣｕｒｅａ）及肺功能。结果：肺弥散功能大致正常的仅有４例，通气功能１１例减低，肺残气量１３例升高。本组１５例透析１ａ后ＦＶＣ有所增加，ＲＶ／ＴＬＣ下降，ＤＬＣＯ轻度下降，经统计学处理ＦＶＣ增高、ＲＶ／ＴＬＣ下降均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），ＤＬＣＯ下降也无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：通过充分透析，肺通气功能和肺容量有所改善，肺弥散功能并无明显好转。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the changes of pulmonary function, ventilatory function and lung volume in patients with chronic renal insufficiency with adequate hemodialysis and adequate dialysis after 1 year of dialysis. Methods: Kt / V values, normalized rate of protein breakdown (NPCR), time-average urea concentration (TACurea), and lung function were measured in 15 patients. Results: Only 4 patients had normal pulmonary diffusing function, 11 patients with ventilatory function decreased and 13 patients with pulmonary residual volume increased. In this group of 15 patients after dialysis 1a FVC increased, RV / TLC decreased, DLCO decreased slightly, the statistical treatment of increased FVC, RV / TLC decreased no significant difference (P> 0.05), DLCO decreased Significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: With adequate dialysis, pulmonary ventilation and lung capacity improved, there was no significant improvement in pulmonary diffuse function.
