1 资料与方法连续观察 1996年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 12月收入我院确诊为急性心肌梗死且年龄大于 6 0岁的患者共 10 2 4例。男性 6 5 7例 ,女性 36 7例 ,年龄 6 1～ 84(6 7± 11)岁。前壁心肌梗死 6 2 9例 ,下、后、右室心肌梗死 395例。其中经超声心动图证实合并室间隔穿孔的患者
1 Materials and Methods Continuous observation from June 1996 to December 2000 in our hospital diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and more than 60 years of age patients a total of 1024 cases.
