在居民区振动及噪音影响较大或软弱且覆盖层较厚(6m以上)的桩基础施工中,为了保证桩基施工不影响周边居民的正常工作和生活以及桩基钻孔经过覆盖层时不造成塌孔,在保证安全、质量的前提下能最大的加快施工进度及节约施工成本,对比以往的人工挖孔、冲击钻、旋挖钻等施工工艺的特点,搓管机在居民区或软弱覆盖层较厚的桩基础施工能达到减少噪音和保证桩基施工质量,确保桩基钻孔穿过软弱覆盖层时不塌孔。并以实际工程为例,阐述搓管机在居民区及软弱且覆盖层较厚的地层进行桩基础施工的应用。
