以低钙饲料喂养大鼠10 天, 用活性钙胶囊作对照, 做三天碳酸钙泡腾颗粒在大鼠体内的钙平衡代谢试验。结果:活性钙胶囊组、碳酸钙泡腾颗粒组钙平衡值分别为110.7±19.9m g,145.4±9.2m g,吸收率(×10- 2 )分别为65.4±10.2,85.6±6.6, 钙储留率 (×10- 2 ) 分别为92.7±3.5, 93.2±3.0。结果表明: 活性钙胶囊、碳酸钙泡腾颗粒的恰当运用, 都可达到补钙的目的, 而大鼠对碳酸钙泡腾颗粒中钙的吸收明显优于活性钙胶囊
The rats were fed with low-calcium diet for 10 days, and the active calcium capsule was used as a control to make the calcium balance metabolism test of three-day calcium carbonate effervescent granules in rats. Results: Calcium balance of active calcium capsule group and calcium carbonate effervescent granule group were 110.7 ± 19.9mg and 145.4 ± 9.2mg respectively, and the absorption rates (× 10-2) were 65.4 ± 10.2 and 85.6 ± 6.6, respectively. The calcium retention (× 10-2) were 92.7 ± 3.5, 93.2 ± 3.0 respectively. The results show that: the active calcium capsules, calcium carbonate effervescent particles, the proper use, can achieve the purpose of calcium, and calcium absorption of calcium carbonate effervescent particles in rats was significantly better than the activity of calcium capsules
