女工劳动保护,是劳动保护工作的一个重要组成部份,它是根据女性特有的生理机能所进行的特殊保护。因此,搞好女工劳动保护工作不仅关系到上海20(?)万女职工以及与之有关的男职工的切体利益,更重要的是体现了党和国家对女职工的关心,同时也是为了保护下一代的身心健康。所以我们始终把这项工作作为工会女工工作的重要任务来抓,近几年来主要抓了: 一、调查研究,为制定《上海市女职工劳动保护暂行规定》提供依据 1985年初,女工部在纺织局搞调查时发现,在女职工劳动保护工作方面存在着很多问题,原有的有关政策、规定对大部份女职工来说已不再适应,为此萌发了作较大面上调查,争取修改或重新制定有关政策的想法。在10个局、133个单位进行了调查后,发少部份女职工仍在从事不适合女性生理机能的繁重体力劳动:有相当多的女职工在孕期、哺乳 The labor protection of women workers is an important part of labor protection work.
