紫外分光光度法测定水扬酸搽剂的含量山西省109医院(030006)邱风婷,王亚利哈医大一院宋永熙根据水杨峻在紫外296±1nm处有最大吸收特点,采用紫外分光光度法测定水扬酸搽剂的含量,并与滴定法相比,表明紫外法具有方法简便、快速、回收率好的特点。材料与方法一、材料:UV一265紫外分光光度计,日本岛津产;水杨酸原料(批号910807)山东新华制药厂产;水杨酸搽刑(批号920126),本院制剂室。二、方法:1。紫外吸收图谱的扫描:精取水扬酸搽剂5ml稀释至100ml,然后分别取该稀释液1、2,3ml置100ml容量瓶中,加蒸镏水稀释至刻度。于UV—265上波长200~350mm内进行紫外图谱的扫描,结果在296nm处有最大吸收峰,因此本文选择在296±1nm。为最大吸收波长,来测定水扬酸的含量。2.标准曲线的制做:精密称取至恒重的水扬酸原料32.1mg,置于100ml容量瓶中,并加乙醇至刻度,精取1、2、3、4、5ml分别置于100ml容量瓶中加水至刻度,于UV一265上波长296mm处测定吸收度,得到浓度和吸收度的方程如下:cpg/ml=39,045A—0.9068r=0.99983,加料回收率:于5%水杨
