一个差生转入我的班级,起初我带着有色眼镜看待他,甚至希望他犯错误后,再次将他赶走。但在没有任何外界强制干预的前提下,这个学生在短期内思想、行为发生了很大的转变,是什么原因呢,带着这个问题我对他进行了研究。我发现在所有影响他的因素中,班级文化是一个非常重要的因素。在全体学生共同参与的班级文化的组织与建设的过程中,班级文化也影响了学生的思想行为。
A poor student was transferred to my class. At first I looked at him with tinted glasses and even wished him to make mistakes and then drove him away again. However, under the premise of no external intervention, this student has undergone great changes in thinking and behavior in the short term. What are the reasons for this? I studied him with this question. I found that class culture is a very important factor in all factors that affect him. In the process of organizing and constructing the class culture that all students participate in together, the class culture also affects students’ thinking and behavior.
