从同一稻田的紫云英根瘤上共分离到154株紫云英根瘤菌。将来自该田块10株紫云英的100株根瘤菌列为分析组A;来自同一植株不同根瘤的40株根瘤菌列为分析组B;来自植株两个根瘤的14株根瘤菌列为分析组C。对所有菌株10种抗生素的抗药性测定表明,分析组A分为39个不同抗药类群;分析组B分为22个抗药类群。同一根瘤的分离株其抗药性也存在差异。质粒检测显示所有菌株都含有质粒,质粒数为1~5条;质粒分子量主要在83MD至600MD。质粒图谱分析表明,分析组A分为8个质粒型,分析组B分为6个质粒型,同一根瘤分离株的质粒数并不完全一致。在所有分离株中,第2质粒型的菌株为优势菌群。
A total of 154 strains of Astragalus sinicus were isolated from root nodules of the same rice field. The 100 Rhizobium strains from 10 Astragalus adsurgens of the field were classified as analysis group A. Forty Rhizobia strains from different root nodules of the same plant were classified as analysis group B. The 14 Rhizobium strains from two plant nodules were classified as analysis Group C. Resistance analysis of 10 antibiotics to all strains showed that analysis group A was divided into 39 different drug resistance groups; analysis group B was divided into 22 drug resistance groups. Isolates of the same nodule also have differences in drug resistance. Plasmid detection showed that all the strains contained plasmids, the number of plasmids was 1 to 5; the molecular weight of the plasmids mainly ranged from 83MD to 600MD. Plasmid map analysis showed that analysis group A was divided into eight plasmid types, and analysis group B was divided into six plasmid types. The plasmid numbers of the same root nodule isolates were not exactly the same. Among all the isolates, the second plasmid type strain was the dominant strain.
