目前在孤岛采油厂游梁式抽油机的使用数量占到了抽油机总数的93%,在游梁式抽油机井的日常管理中,为了满足生产需要,时常需要进行调参工作。而冲程的调整则相对复杂,其原理是通过调换曲柄销子在曲柄上的不同孔位,以改变曲柄连杆机构的有效长度,使游梁摆角变化,从而达到冲程的有级调整。目前在取出曲柄销子时,主要是用大锤敲击法,由于是用大锤直接敲击销子本体,这样做容易使销子以及冕形螺母丝扣损坏变形,严重的会造成销子损坏,必须予以更换,不仅浪费了材料,而且延长了操作时间,影响了原油产量。采用液压式千斤顶代替大锤,利用其平稳加压形成的强大推力替代大锤的瞬间冲击力,达到不伤丝扣的目的。尽量减少人工用蛮力撬动操作,最大限度地保证其安全性。
