国有企业是我国国民经济的基础,国有企业的管理能力直接影响到企业的效益和市场竞争力。而人力资源是国有企业的基础性资源,作为国有企业管理的重要组成部分,人力资源管理水平既取决于也影响着国有企业整体管理能力。因此,妥善化解当前国有企业人力资源管理面临的诸多困境,既是提高企业管理能力的应有之义,也是增强国有企业核心竞争力,推动国有企业良性发展的必然要求。本文就将对国有企业人力资源开发的问题以及对策进行分析。
State-owned enterprises are the foundation of our national economy. The management ability of state-owned enterprises directly affects the efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises. However, human resources are the basic resources of state-owned enterprises. As an important part of the management of state-owned enterprises, the level of human resources management depends on both the overall management ability of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, properly resolving many difficulties in the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises is not only the proper meaning of improving the management ability of enterprises, but also the inevitable requirement of enhancing the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and promoting the sound development of state-owned enterprises. This article will analyze the problems and countermeasures of human resource development in state-owned enterprises.
