推进文化产业集团化发展是“十三五”时期湖南文化产业发展的基本策略之一。以湖南省为例,通过实证分析发现,湖南文化产业集团化发展态势良好,呈现出产业集团化、产业园区或基地化、区域企业集团化等形式和特征。与此同时,湖南文化产业集团化发展也存在着一些问题,如产业集团大而未强、统而难筹、少而不匀。为推进湖南文化产业集团化发展,文章认为要坚持品牌发展、平衡发展、差异发展、尖端发展的战略,充分发挥产业集团化发展的规模经济效益,提升湖南文化产业综合竞争力。
Promoting the development of cultural industry group is one of the basic strategies for the development of Hunan’s cultural industry during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. Taking Hunan Province as an example, through empirical analysis, it is found that the development of Hunan cultural industry group is in good shape, showing the form and characteristics of industrial group, industrial park or base and regional enterprise group. At the same time, there are also some problems in the collectivization of Hunan’s cultural industries, such as big but not strong industrial groups, less and more difficulties in overall planning, less unevenness. In order to promote the development of Hunan cultural industry, the article believes that we should adhere to the strategy of brand development, balanced development, differential development and cutting-edge development, give full play to the economies of scale of industrial cluster development and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Hunan cultural industry.
