本文提出了一种大功率IGBT逆变式弧焊电源高稳定精度输出控制方法,试验表明此控制模式可有效地改善电源系统的静、动特性及稳定性,并可明显减小焊接过程中的飞溅。此电源尤其适用于机器人自动焊接生产线,是未来机器人用焊接电源的发展方向。
