一、现状分析所谓教学反思就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践,作为认识对象而进行全面深入的冷静思考和总结,不断对自己的教育实践深入反思,积极探索与解决教育实践中的一系列问题,充实自己,优化课堂效果。据调查了解,在教师群体中很大一部分老师在反思中存在着几大误区:误区一:只有犯错或失败时才需要反思。误区二:把自己的反思让同事知道会影响自己的威信。误区三:反思自我就是“冥思苦想”。误区四:认为反思自我就是自己“独立的思考”。误区五:认为反思就是对自己的教育教学研
