针对传统应变检测系统的缺点,设计了基于虚拟仪器的全新应变检测系统,系统具有自动进行数据采集、处理,自动生成报表,测试速度快、精度高、测点多、实时显示等优点,特别是在测试大目标时,对于由于长导线、温度原因造成的误差,该系统能够进行自动补偿。其次,该系统软件部分设计成模块化,使其二次开发简单,使用者可根据实际测试情况,对系统稍加改进即可满足大部分检测项目。实践证明,该系统还具有稳定性好、可靠性高的优点。最后以QTZ315型塔式起重机结构强度检测为例,对该系统进行说明。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional strain detection system, a new strain detection system based on virtual instrument is designed. The system has the advantages of automatic data acquisition, processing, automatic report generation, high testing speed, high precision, many measuring points and real time display. When testing large targets, the system automatically compensates for errors due to long leads and temperature. Secondly, the software part of the system is designed to be modular, making it easy for secondary development. The user can meet most of the test items by slightly improving the system according to the actual test conditions. Practice has proved that the system also has the advantages of good stability, high reliability. Finally, the structural strength of QTZ315 tower crane is taken as an example to illustrate the system.
