目的:研究参加长时间高强度军事化训练的参训官兵训练前、阅兵后和休息后甲状腺激素的水平变化。方法采用美国强生vitros3600电化学免疫检测系统一体机,检测阅兵训练前、阅兵后和休息后其血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine, T3)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)水平。结果 T3:训练前>休息后>阅兵后,而三组比较无差异(P>0.05);T4:阅兵后>休息后>训练前,三组比较有显著性差异(P>0.05);FT3和FT4:休息后>阅兵后>训练前,三组比较有显著性差异(P>0.01);TSH:休息后>阅兵后>训练前,三组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两两比较结果发现训练后与休息后比较只有FT3和FT4无统计学意义(P>0.05),其它均有统计学意义。休息后与训练前比较只有T3和T4无统计学意义(P>0.05),其它均有统计学意义。结论阅兵训练可引起参训官兵的甲状腺激素的变化,变化程度:T4>FT4>FT3>T3>TSH,甲状腺激素参与机体的应激,也可以作为观察应激能力的指标。“,”Objective To research the thyroid hormones level changes of the officers and soldiers to participatiing the military review training under the three states including before the training, after the training and after the rest. Methods To detect the random sampling 30 men among the participating the 9.3 military review solders , the indexes including free triiodothyronine,FT3; the free thyroxine,FT4; the triiodothyronine,T3; the thyroxine,T4; thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH with vitros3600 U.S. Results T3:Before the training>>After the participating military review (P>0.05).T4:After the participating military review>After the resting>Before the training(PAfter the participating military review>Before the training(PAfter the participating military review>Before the training(P>0.05). Pairwise comparison results found that only FT3 and FT4 are no statistical significance if the training group compared the resting group (P > 0.05), other ones have statistical significance(P0.05), other ones have statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclutions The military review training can cause the changes of the thyroid hormones to the participating the training of the officers and soldiers. the changes is T4>FT4>FT3>T3>TSH. The thyroid hormones participate the stress response , Maybe, these indexes can as the index of observing Stresse ability.
