电磁搅拌是随着连铸技术的发展而发展起来的一项用于提高铸坯内在质量的工艺技术措施。在分析连铸电磁搅拌系统工艺优化问题的基础上,构造了求解该问题的遗传算法,并进行了实验计算。计算结果表明,用遗传算法进行连铸电磁搅拌系统工艺优化,可以方便有效地求得问题的最优解或近似最优解。
Electromagnetic stirring with the development of continuous casting technology developed a process for improving the inherent quality of the slab technology measures. Based on the analysis of the process optimization of continuous casting electromagnetic stirring system, a genetic algorithm to solve the problem is constructed and the experimental calculation is carried out. The results show that genetic algorithm optimization of continuous casting electromagnetic stirring system can be easily and effectively find the optimal solution or approximate optimal solution.
