应用图像分析仪对不同月龄大鼠中脑红核和黑质的形态及乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)活性的定量分析发现:(1)红核内有大量中等度AChE活性细胞;衰老时红核体积缩小,AChE阳性细胞数目减少,活性也明显下降,但灰度值并无明显改变,残余AChE阳性细胞体积并不变小。(2)黑质体积不因衰老而改变,AChE活性却随衰老而减低,尤其是致密部。
Quantitative analysis of the morphology and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity of midbrain red nucleus and substantia nigra in different months of age using image analyzer showed that: (1) a large number of moderate AChE active cells were present in the red nucleus; Red nucleus size reduced, AChE-positive cells decreased, the activity was significantly decreased, but the gray value did not change significantly, the residual AChE-positive cells did not decrease in size. (2) The volume of substantia nigra does not change due to aging, AChE activity decreases with aging, especially in the dense part.
