本研究的目的在于通过观察大鼠脊髓原代培养神经元生长过程中 α、β 、β 、ε四种蛋白激酶 C亚型在胞体和突起中的表达与分布以及其总活性的动态变化 ,了解蛋白激酶 C与神经突起生长间的关系。结果表明 ,随着神经突起的生长 ,蛋白激酶C四种亚型的表达及总活性均发生规律性的变化。本研究提示 ,神经突起的生长以及其形态和功能的维持均离不开蛋白激酶 C的活性
The purpose of this study was to observe the expression and distribution of four protein kinase C subtypes α, β, β and ε in the somatic cells and protuberances and the dynamic changes of their total activity during the growth of rat primary spinal cord neurons Relationship between protein kinase C and neurite outgrowth. The results showed that with the growth of neurites, the expression and total activity of the four subtypes of protein kinase C all changed regularly. This study suggests that the growth of neurites and the maintenance of their morphology and function are inseparable from the activity of protein kinase C
