本文对14例原始细胞增多型难治性贫血(refractory aneamia with exess blasts,RAEB)患者同时作骨髓细胞SCD值和血清叶酸(FA)与VitB_(12)(B_(12))水平测定,发现无论培养液或患者血清中FA水平低下是白血病骨髓细胞周期成倍延长,即SCD(sister chromatid differentiation)阴性的原因。额外补充FA和B_(12)会导致白血病小鼠骨髓细胞的恢复,其原因在于补充FA引起骨髓细胞二氢叶酸还原酶(DHFR)活性的显著上升,从而加速DNA前体物胸苷酸(TdR)的合成。
