基于知识经济时代中事业单位在人力资源管理工作进程中积极推行以人为本管理理念,但是人才资源队伍尚未建立健全这一实况,提出强化事业单位人力资源培训开发创新性这一建议。具体是从合理配置人力资源,科学设置培训开发内容与方法以及建立健全培训资源支持体系三大方面着手,希望在提升职员工作效率,增强事业单位竞争实力与经济市场环境适应能力等方面有所帮助。
Based on the concept of people-oriented management in the process of human resource management in the era of knowledge-based economy, the personnel in the knowledge-based economy have not yet established and perfected this fact, and put forward the suggestion of strengthening the innovative development of human resources training in public institutions. Specifically from the rational allocation of human resources, the scientific setting of training and development of content and methods, as well as the establishment of a sound training resource support system in three areas, hoping to enhance staff productivity, enhance the competitiveness of institutions and economic market environment, adaptability and so helpful .
