蒿芩清胆汤出自《重订通俗伤寒论》一书,原用于治疗少阳胆经湿热痰浊证。笔者于数年前偶遇一例患半表半里证而伴有久咳2月不愈者,择蒿芩清胆汤加味治之,获得良效。嗣后,凡遇有久咳者,虽无半表半里之象,但见湿热痰浊中阻之证,辄选用本方加味治之,经治者近30例,均取得十分满意的效果。现介绍如下: Artemisia Qing Bile Tang comes from a book entitled “Re-arrangement of Popular Hygiene,” which was originally used to treat Shaoyang gallbladder with damp-heat and phlegm.
