响洪甸水电站泄洪隧洞运行30年中,闸门共开启458次,总泄水历时3082h,多年来运行情况正常,但一次或一年中放水时间过长,出口门槽局部位置有时出现空蚀或冲蚀现象.为了减免空蚀和冲蚀,在分析产生原因的基础上,可概括出以下两点措施:(1)增大门槽的错距;(2)凿除底槽后坎.这样,可进一步提高出口门槽的抗空化空蚀和抗冲蚀能力,以确保工程安全.
During 30 years of flood releasing tunnel operation of Hongdingdian Hydropower Station, the gates opened 458 times in total and the total discharge lasted for 3082h. The operation condition was normal for many years. However, the discharge time in one or a year was too long, cavitation sometimes occurred in the local position of exit gate or Erosion phenomenon. In order to reduce cavitation and erosion, based on the analysis of the causes, we can summarize the following two measures: (1) to increase the gap between the gate slot; In this way, the cavitation cavitation and erosion resistance of the exit gate can be further enhanced to ensure the safety of the project.
