目的检测肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达水平,了解HCC中MMP-9,CD44V6与nm23-H1表达的相关性及其与HCC侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例HCC中MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达。结果侵袭转移倾向高危组的35例HCC标本中,MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1表达的强阳性率分别为71.4%(25/35),68.6%(24/35)和25.7%(9/35);侵袭转移倾向低危组的25例HCC标本中,MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1表达的强阳性率分别为40.0%(10/25),36.0%(9/25)和60.0%(15/25);MMP-9及CD44V6的表达与HCC侵袭转移倾向呈正相关性(P<0.01),nm23-H1的表达与HCC的侵袭转移倾向呈负相关性(P<0.01),MMP-9与CD44V6的表达呈正相关性,而MMP-9,CD44V6与nm23-H1的表达呈负相关性。结论MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达可能作为HCC预后及转移潜能判断的指标。
Objective To detect the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to investigate the correlation between the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in HCC and the invasion and metastasis of HCC. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in 60 cases of HCC. Results The strong positive rates of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 in 35 HCC specimens with high risk of invasion and metastasis were 71.4% (25/35), 68.6% (24/35) and 25.7% (9 / 35). The strong positive rates of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 were 25.0% (10/25), 36.0% (9/25) and 60.0% in 25 HCC specimens with low invasion and metastasis potential (15/25). The expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 were positively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC (P <0.01), the expression of nm23-H1 was negatively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC (P <0.01) 9 and CD44V6 expression was positively correlated, while the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 was negatively correlated. Conclusions The expressions of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 may be used as indicators of prognosis and metastatic potential of HCC.
