(一)引言 在压铸模、橡胶模、塑料模等成型模具中,通常有图1所示的零件,一般统称为套板。它的结构是一个矩形框架,承受着高压液态合金(压铸模)或有压力的橡胶、塑料的分布压力q,是模具的主要受力零件。它的强度、刚度直接影响到模具的强度和铸件的尺寸和形状精度,所以如何准确地计算它的强度和刚度是很有意义的。尤其对压铸模来说载荷非常大并且几乎每付模具都有两个(动模套板、定模套板)这样的零件。以往
